Clinical Engagement
Developing networks of clinicians and clinical leaders to transform pathways of care and the way services are delivered
Clinical engagement, not clinical endorsement
Studies consistently show that organizations with strong clinical engagement achieve superior performance, demonstrating improved patient care, operational efficiency, and overall healthcare outcomes. Too often, I've seen a 'clinical endorsement' approach mistaken for clinical engagement.
The endorsement approach produces top-down edicts and directives with minimal or no clinical buy-in, and requires clinical 'leaders' to sell these to their colleagues.
I have a track record of developing clinical engagement networks, leadership communities and coaching existing and new clinical leaders in different settings.
